“I have the same question: What Case will fit the Moto Z3 Play that has the Moto Mod extended battery module attached to the back?”

This case will work with either the Verizon-exclusive Moto Z3 or the Moto Z3 Play as they have the same dimensions. However, it will prohibit the use of Moto Mods while it's on, as it covers up the Moto Mod proprietary interface. I'll venture to say this... almost ANY Moto Z3/Z3 Play case I've run into won't work with Moto Mods. If you need protection, you might have to remove the Mod temporarily.

There isn't one for this phone with the battery module on. I have looked. But I get great battery life without the module on.

With this type of phone you can only have one case with it. If you have the extended battery you can not put a case.
