• Yes, this fits my Moto G4 Play (4th Edition). I had ordered a case over bestbuy.com, but when I received it, I found that it was too long for my phone. So I took the case to my local Best Buy store and the customer service representative was able to locate the correct case for me and exchanged it. If it helps, my phone is a Model Number: 01057NARTL (SKU: 5583500) and the case that fits well is a Model Number: MT-391-BLK (SKU: 5580125). The case that was too long was a Model Number: MT-398-BLK (SKU: 5580117). Good luck.
