Yes; the power bank has 5 LEDs on the bottom; the green one lights if the power bank is on, and the 4 white ones indicate the remaining charge it carries.

It has five LEDs in total: The leftmost LED blinking continuously indicates about 0–5% battery. 1–2 LEDs lit indicate roughly 5–25% remaining. 3 LEDs lit indicate around 50–75% remaining. 4 LEDs lit indicate about 75–100% remaining. This makes it easy to monitor the battery level at a glance.
