“Does the headphone output work with the volume control? I found one major brand that has a headphone jack output but the volume control does not work on it. How dumb is that? Stupid to build small TVs that don't have a working analog output. Thanks”

I connected computer speakers to the headphone jack to get better sound and the the volume can be controlled through the TV or the speaker controls.
