• No, you can add individual channels and select your tv provider. (in this case optimum)

• Optimum doesn't have a Roku app. It's only available on Android, iOS, Fire tablets, Windows and macOS laptops. You can, however, login with your Optimum account into other Roku apps (channels) that offer TV Everywhere. https://www.optimum.net/tv/optimum-app/
