“How do you use the remote to input channels? My Mom had just purchase this TV and she says the TV remote that came with this TV has no numbers on it to input a channel…only the ability to scroll up or down which is painstakingly long. Any help?”

If you are using your Roku TV with an antenna to watch live TV, you can quickly jump to different channels using the channel list. To see the channel list, simply press the LEFT arrow on the remote while watching live TV. A list of all your TV stations will appear on the left and you can quickly select the channel you like. You can also hide TV channels you never watch starting from the home screen. Go to Settings > TV Inputs > Antenna TV > Edit channel lineup.

The home button is her friend, Simply press the home button then go to setting and add input like a dvd player or such, one the input is added the input you added will be on your home screen like an app. I wont lie, there is some scrolling involved however I find it effortless. and your right, there is no numbers on the remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The little magnifying glass on the remote is a search thingy. You type in what you are searching for. Can be a pain. To correct a letter you have to go to the bottom of the alphabet and backspace. But it should work.
