You can try removing the Netflix application on your Roku TV and adding it back again. To remove it: Go to the Roku TV home screen. Highlight the Netflix application and press the * (STAR) key on the remote control. Choose "Remove channel". To add Netflix back go to the home screen again and choose Streaming channels > Most popular and choose Netflix. When you run Netflix now, it will ask you to enter your email and password.
