• I didn't weigh it but tv with stand is 20-22 lbs max.

• I doubt the TV weight 38 lbs. It's only a 43 inch display. Some 55 inchers these days weigh only 30 lbs.

• 20 pounds. I can't imagine that the stand weighs that much because its thin, not at all bulky or heavy.
