A:Answer No, this TV does not support this feature. Spent a half hour on the phone with support until they finally confirmed this.
The misleading reply from "InsigniaCustomerSupport" is very disappointing. I wouldn't have purchased this product if not for their answer. (I've got very used to CEC on my old Vizio TV, so it's a requirement for me now.) I'm sure they weren't deliberately lying, but it's incredibly irresponsible to say your product has a feature without being sure. I probably won't purchase any Insignia products in the future.
