You have a right to an undamaged product,, I would have them replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the best thing to do would be to exchange it for a new one especially if there is damage to it. They honor the insignia manufacturer warranty in store so no need to worry about it being out of policy, if you haven't already taken it back.
