“Couldn’t get Prolific drivers to install on two Macs for A Tripp Lite 232>usb adaptor. Hours with support didn’t solve it. Am I going to have the same issue with this Insignia and its drivers? Running High Sierra on 1 Mac and latest ios on other.”
