I tried setting a time I can’t figure it out null

Hi Tim. I may be late answering this..hopefully you haven't removed this microwave out of frustration as i was about to do. Hit cancel to put in standby mode. Then hit clock and time for exactly 3 seconds. And "12 hour" will come up instead of "timer" i had been having trouble getting anything but the timer to show. This is such a pain in the a%s everytime daylight savings time ends or begins. This microwave is difficult. You tube videos are for easy microwaves where the clock and timer are separate. I was about to go shopping for a new one!!!!
