Best Buy delivered our new machine yesterday. They brought it to the room we were using it (down to the basement, in our case), took it out of the box and removed all the styrofoam. We already had a homemade pedestal, and they placed it up there for us. They didn't plug it in, or set up the water lines, but the instructions to do all that were very easy to follow. We washed our first load within an hour of it being delivered :) Oh, they also take out the box and the packing material when they leave.
