“I have had my insignia for about two months. I like to wash in hot water but when it goes into the final stage my machine turns to the cold water. Why? Also how can you empty the back lint filter. My machine is permanently installed.”

It is normal, the hot water only is applied on washing cycle, then it is only cold water for the rinse cycle. David M. - Insignia Support
