QuestionThe width says that it is less than 21 inches wide. I literally have a 21 inch door way to push it in and out of to get it into the closet once in the closet the space is a little wider am I going to fit it through the door way to get into the closet?

- Answer The only problem I had was my closet door cannot open wider than the closet door because there’s a wall behind it, so it takes up some of the space of the width of the doorway but i still fit it somehow

- Answer It will depend on the cycle you use. . .you can adjust the water in the tub. . . but it is a high efficiency machine.

- Answer Best Buy delivered our new machine yesterday. They brought it to the room we were using it (down to the basement, in our case), took it out of the box and removed all the styrofoam. We already had a homemade pedestal, and they placed it up there for us. They didn't plug it in, or set up the water lines, but the instructions to do all that were very easy to follow. We washed our first load within an hour of it being delivered :) Oh, they also take out the box and the packing material when they leave.

- Answer It comes with everything you need to either connect it to a sink or permanently hook up to pipes. I mistakenly purchased hoses, not knowing ahead of time they weren’t needed, so returned the extra hoses to the store.

- Answer YES if you have purchased the correct hoses to do so. That is how mine is hooked up and it works great. I will add that I only use cold water in my washing - I turned off the hot water just to see if I could save money and so far I have no intention of turning the hot water back on. I go into more detail about laundry detergent in an answer to someone else's question.

QuestionI want to know how many lbs of clothing this can hold from a proper source cause I am seeing 16 lbs ,6 lbs some said 11 lbs it’s all over the place. I want to know for sure. Also how is the spinner out clothes are they relatively dry !!

QuestionWhy can't I use hot water for wash cycle with a one faucet sink? I would switch to cold water for the rinse cycle. I was told by a customer service rep that the material up make of the hot water intake and cold water intake on the machine are the same.

- Answer I use Hot Water for the wash, then I turn on the cold for rinse. But you could leave the Hot water on the whole time if you want. If you have two hook ups (hot and cold) then the machine will always rinse cold, most washing machines do that.

QuestionNowhere in the specs does it state that this is a High Efficiency unit, yet some of the reviews indicate that it IS, in fact, an HE machine. Can anyone confirm definitively—and if it is, does that mean that the tub will never fill with water all the way?

- Answer You need to use HE detergent with this washer. The tub will be filled with enough water to clean your clothes.

- Answer Kitchen is definitely better. The bathroom faucet may work but the drain is only an inch and a quarter as opposed to an inch and a half in the kitchen. Also the water may go over the sink. It definitely will not fit a king size comforter I would say a twin size is max. Also according to the faucet if it’s big enough
