• If your device is operating and displays the main screen, choose "Settings" from the program menu, then select "Backup & Reset", and choose "Factory data reset". If the tablet isn't working correctly, power off. Then, hold down the Volume Up & Power buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Release the keys when you see the Android robot. Enter recovery by holding down the Power key for a short time (text menu of options will appear). From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select the option. Tap "Yes" to confirm. You'll be notified when the operation is complete; then choose "reboot system now" to complete the operation. When the device powers on, you should be back to the original factory settings.
