Looking at the Insignia Community Forums this is a common issue. Unfortunately neither Insignia or Geek Squad have access to the Android image file or updates to provide them to you to fix. I returned mine due to the large number of issues I had and the inability of Insignia or Geek Squad to resolve them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had no problems with Wi-Fi connection. Use it for playing games and have not had any interruptions, but I also only use the tablet at home with my internet Wi-Fi.
