“We are having problems to keep wi-fi conection. It conects and a few seconds later it falls. We bougth it in CA and now I´m in Brazil. I need a help to discover it´s problem because we don´t have a Best Buy Store here to complain.”

Looking at the Insignia Community Forums this is a common issue. Unfortunately neither Insignia or Geek Squad have access to the Android image file or updates to provide them to you to fix. I returned mine due to the large number of issues I had and the inability of Insignia or Geek Squad to resolve them.
