• I had the same issue. They have a link on the Best Buy page. Not sure where but it is there.

• I takes pictures and you can download to the device, but I'd recommend that you spend more money and get a better machine - like the comparable Samsung. More than twice as much money, much more than twice as good (my brother has one).
