What is the frame rate of the video camera null

I don't know exactly, but it takes terrible video and photos. If it's low light, it might as well be no light. Even with good light, it's grainy and poor quality... About on par with my mother's flip-phone. Everything else on it seems to be good (it can WATCH video no problem), but the image capture is terrible both photo and video.
