“Why does it have a wifi data usage in the settings that goes up to 2.0 GB? I use my home wifi for Internet so does that mean when it reaches 2.0 for that cycle I won't be able to use wifi anymore till the next cycle?”

The data usage is only there for users to track their consumption. Some internet users have a data limit and so have to track their usage.
