I'll try to help based on using this tablet, but I'm no expert just a consumer like you. system updates allowed/available ? A: It comes with the latest Android Nougat and 'appears' to be OS upgradeable, however all Android h/w stops being upgradeable due to h/w support at some point. can I run window programs on this? A: Not unless the app makes has an Android version. Microsoft Office is available, Word, Excel, Outlook etc and they all work well. Can I use a wifi printer from this? A: Only if your WiFi printer has an Android plugin available. I can print to my Brother WiFi printer with this tablet. use usb port to download/upload programs ? A: Yes
