“Doesn't register the keyboard at all, and if I use it in tablet mode it won't pull up a keyboard that way either. I've tried all the different settings to no avail, is there anything else I should try before bringing it in to be looked at?”

If the purchase was made within one year return it to best buy it carries a one year warantee. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, there must be something wrong. All I did was attach the keyboard and it worked instantly. If you can take it back, I would suggest returning it for a replacement. But I do like the little tablet/laptop quite a lot. I do think it is worth it.
