Q: QuestionI purchased this fridge 12/2020. The fan is no longer cooling the fridge although the freezer is fine. Can this be fixed? Where can parts be ordered ? Thank you for response.

Q: QuestionWhy does the crisper drawer temperature not go below 43 degrees when set to the coldest setting? Food must be stored at 40 degrees or lower to be safe. Is my fridge broken? This is the second one I've bought and they both have done the same thing.
