Q: QuestionIt was delivery on May 21st, 2020. It’s been running cold enough until last week. The freezer section is alway on the freezer part of the thermometer, but the refrigerator section is around 45F on the red part. Now it’s at 60F-70F. Have 3 years warranty.

Q: QuestionCorrect temperature setting..... manual states in summer 1 preferred or 2 Since 1 is cold and 5 is coldest, how is that going to keep it coldest when the ambient temperature in the house is warmer? Same for the freezer, does not make sense.

• A:Answer They had the box off before they brought it into my house, which could also be an option for you when you pick it up. It has a clear cling wrap film covering it all for scrapes etc. It fit easily through my kitchen door without having to take the screen door off, they had it strapped to the dolly the narrowest way.
