  • QuestionWhy doesn't the vegetable crisper drawer close all the way? That seems to make the humidity slider pretty much useless.

    • Answer One reason could be that the drawer is overcrowded, preventing it from closing properly. Try removing some of the items in the drawer to see if that helps it close completely. Another reason could be that the drawer is not on the proper track or has come off of the track altogether. Check to make sure the drawer is properly aligned on the track and adjust it if necessary. Additionally, the gaskets or seals around the drawer may be worn or damaged, preventing it from closing properly. In this case, you may need to replace the gaskets to ensure a tight seal. If none of these solutions work, the issue may be with the refrigerator itself.   • QuestionMy power went out and since it’s come back on…there is a funky fishy smell coming from the drip pan. It is attached with a screw. I am wondering if it is safe to unscrew it and clean it out with vinegar and water? This won’t upset the cyclopentane?
