Does it play blue ray null

Far as I can tell Phillips was the only one to make this style in portable Blu-ray. They were junk and discontinued a few years back but refurbished are on amazon.

most portables and dvd/TV combos don't play bluray. pretty stupid, In my opinion. keeps me from purchasing.
