DVD player open up using button on top right. Then insert the DVD disk in center and push down gently so it locks in position. Shut door easy and, done. One more thing, if you are using the included mounting sleeves, the doors might not open far enough. So either remove the player out of the sleeve or simply use the other hand to help open it far enough but, of course, with caution.
