“Are there any separate options/buttons that need to be pressed for bake , broil , toast lmode ike a toaster oven ? Is it just the temperature setting? How do we tell the oven if we want to air fry or bake lol Am I missing something”

I believe it always air frys. I've reheated soft pretzels in it. They come out nice a crispy on outside and soft on the inside.
