“I'm smelling something like melting plastic (maybe ozone) every time I use this oven. It's been used about 10 times, and still emits a pretty strong smell every time. I would think it would have stopped after a couple of uses. Anyone experienced this?”

I have also. I will be returning mine this weekend. It set my smoke detector off Everytime i use it.

As the steam is let out, this will begin to spread the smell inside the room. To get rid of the plastic smell, apply light cooking oil to the tray before using your unit.
