• Slide the included drip tray onto the lowest rails to collect dripping oils, sauces, or other dripping residue. Makes for an easier clean up.

• Yes, the bottom tray catches juices…but not very much…so a pan could be used on top of the drip tray.

• It can hold juices from a duck, which is a lot.. yes you can add a pan, but not needed as tray cleans so easy.
