i would suggest to download the manual online. also try shredder lubricating sheets. the labels adhesive probably interfered with the shredding of other documents causing them to stick and get stuck, thus backing up the shredders paper path.

Turn the shredder mechanism upside down. Use metallic teasers to pull the unshredded label out. Do not feed plastic items into a any shredder.
