“The specs say this shredder uses a lockout key but I can't see it anywhere. Does it in fact use a lock out key?”

• Not sure what a lock out key is. The device has Forward, Auto, Off and Reverse buttons. The top has a handle to lift the shredder head (it's very heavy) off the box container. This automatically shuts the device off. Then it has be reseated correctly to turn back on. There are also Overheat, Overfeed, Power and Door Open lights,
