“I have my shredder for about 7 months now, and I love it.....usually just put two sheets at a time. I noticed the overheat light comes on every time I use it. Left it off overnight, just tried it and light still comes on with one sheet....What can I do?”

• I would return it. If left overnight and the overheat light still comes on, then there is a latent manufacturing defect.

• Clean it frequently, and buy some lubrication sheets (amazon). They work well and keep everything functioning well as long as used regularly.

• I’m experiencing the same thing. Wish I would’ve seen your review before I purchased. Contact the manufacturer. There is a warranty on the product. I’m contacting them today for my issue
