• Yes, it works with my son's Samsung Note 9 without having to first remove phone casing. However, charging seemed to be slower compared to when it charged my iPhone 8 without a heavy phone casing.

• If your smartphones support wireless charging, it should work.

• If your phone has wireless charging capabilities then it will work. You can stand the phone up or lay it on it’s side if it is a larger phone.
