A:AnswerI also encountered this problem while using an appropriate memory card. The initial formatting for the microSD card worked. The initial testing of the dash cam recording worked. On the second day of driving, the dash cam recorded for 10 minutes during my drive and then stopped recording. Rebooted the dash cam and repeatedly received the "Please insert memory card" error (when trying to remove/reinsert card multiple times). I never fixed it. I just returned the item.
