• A:Answer My mom hasn't had this issue. I would suggest looking into the warranty of the device. Also, I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but sometimes I've fixed phone issues by oe forming a manual restart. Also, try taking the phone out the case to see if it works. Sometimes material can get on the case and disrupt charging connection.
