My keys wasn't working on mine, I returned it to the store and received a brand new one, along with a warranty as well

If it's just user error they will help you adjust in a few minutes. If it's under warranty they will fix it fast. Even if it's not and you have to pay they are extremely honest and will tell you all your options and which would be cheapest even if repairing isnt.
