“Just bought this and love it. However, am finding that the keyboard only works when I unplug the computer from charging. When the unit is working on battery, the keyboard won't work. What am I missing here?”

That sounds like some sort of glitch. I had this same one until I returned it cuz it kept freezing & glitching going crazy... But when I did have it, they keyboard worked when I was charging. If u have a warranty I suggest cashing in for a new one.
