• Goes by mAh not time. 12,000 devided by your battery compacity. Galaxy S8 is 3,000 mAh so will charge a S8 4 full times. Just do the math for your device.

• It depends on the size of the battery you are trying to charge. It will hold it's charge for a while. If the device your charging is 3500mAh so you'd get about 3 and a half charges.

• It really depends on the capacity of the battery you're charging. If you don't use the phone while its charging, for a 3000 mAH battery it would be about 4 full charges.
