“I've charged device for 4 hours and its still only showing first 2 blue lights on and 3rd light blinking blue and 4th light wont even turn on. Altogether it just shows 3 lights and not the blue to show fully charged. Why is it not working right?”

It is working. I have discover that it takes about 6 hours to recharge the entire battery. At first I thought it was very slow recharging. Now I’m used to it so I try to recharge at night before bedtime.

My charger will show 2 lights and 3rd light blinking, but once I try using it, it just shuts off and doesnt charge anything anymore. I would recommend avoiding this brand.
