It is working. I have discover that it takes about 6 hours to recharge the entire battery. At first I thought it was very slow recharging. Now I’m used to it so I try to recharge at night before bedtime.

Did you give it a chance? It's a big box and it takes longer than the little ones. It's slow to recharge but it's slow to discharge too.

I charged my device overnight and it has the same symptoms. As far as I know, the battery capacity appears to be drained. My charger will show 2 lights and 3rd light blinking, but once I try using it, it just shuts off and doesnt charge anything anymore. I would recommend avoiding this brand.

It sounds like you got a defective one. I would suggest exchanging it.

Try a different electrical outlet to see if that makes a difference. If that doesn't work, try a different location to do the charging such as home, work, etc.
