Will this work on a PS4 null

Not with out modifications. You can order the oem components off of ebay if yours has failed. The Stock fan on a ps4 is tuned for the cooling needs of the hardware and static pressure is also a factor. Using this fan from BestBuy is not wise since only 44cfm with a 1200rpm max so may not meet the needs even if you could mount it with out issue.
