Recommended for freezer mode was 0 degrees, which defaulted when the freezer was plugged in. Things stay sufficiently frozen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You know I am not sure, they came and set it up for us. The freezer is on freezer mode with the lock set on and the temperature is -11 degrees. It has been this way the entire time we have had it. Seems to be working fine for us. Hope this helps you somewhat. Steve
