Q: QuestionI bought this as open box 3 days ago. Plugged in. Left side felt hot- took temperature inside. The top and all down to bottom reads 41 and the lowest floor area is 36 even though the fridge is set at 34. Do you think it's defective? Its no longer hot

• A:Answer Physical 21.25"W x 31.5"H is the glass of the front door. You will need at minimum 22.5"W x 33.25"H opening to fit it though (very tight fit). The door handle is on the side of the front door so it can't sit completely flush with cabinets. Also notice that this is not meant to be used in an enclosed space. You would need to add additional ventilation to pull the warm air from the back of the unit to the front in order to cool the compressor/electronics at back of the cooler. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionCan anyone verify it’s appearance? It appears to be a stainless or silver fridge with black racks and wood fronts. The description says stainless racks and black front (says graphite paint?) and makes no mention of wood. Can anyone post a photo of theirs?

Q: QuestionI have the cooler under a counter surrounded but cabinet on each side. The white plastic “bowl” located at the back is filling with water. I’m concerned it will leak. It is 3/4 full. Is there a drain mechanism to keep from over flowing? Thx.

There should be a drain hole or plug at the bottom of the bowl to allow the water to drain out. You can carefully empty the water from the bowl and check to see if there is a drain mechanism in place. If there is no drain mechanism, you may need to manually empty the water regularly to prevent it from overflowing.
