- Answer Large devices like a TV with an external power supply USUALLY are similar in power consumption to laptop. This unit is designed to replace the power of something that would be using batteries like AA,AAA, C, D or 9V. TV's and laptops have heavier current needs than this would handle.

- Answer Yes, it works with most devices using a round-pin connector. Your device is compatible if the 1) correct tip is available, 2) voltage is between 3 and 12 V DC, 3) input does not require more than 1.3 A of current, and 4) polarity is positive. Not for use with laptops.

- Answer This power adapter won't work with any laptop or notebook that I know of. This maxes out at 12 volts, and I've never seen a laptop or notebook that required less than 19 volts, but that doesn't necessarily mean I have the correct answer. It just means I have the correct answer based on the information I have accumulated over time. That is all.
