Can it overcharge null

You can't overcharge a smart phone battery, when the battery reaches 100 % charge capacity the power from the charger, or Qi,( chinese for energy flow) is no longer being transferred to the battery, only to the phone, and will start recharging the battery when the capacity drops to 99%! Constant recharging of the battery could shorten the life of the battery though!

When the device is fully charged, the charging protocol will cut down the charging current and stop charging. It is safe to leave your device on the charging pad.
