Same issue I had. I think much of the issue is with the design being flat and not having anything to provide positive traction between the unit and your phone. Since you have an iPhone, I’d highly recommend you go with a MagSafe or Belkin wireless QI Charger. Both work extremely well with Apple products. They charge immediately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you lay it down make sure the blue and red leds are on. The apple symbol on the back should be in the middle of the circle. Be precise. If that doesn’t work it is inoperative.
