It depends on your phone's battery. Look up to see the maximum mA-hr of power your phone battery supplies. Divide that into the mA-hr of power your powerpack can supply and that will tell you approximately how many times it can charge your phone. For example, if your cell phone's battery is a 1200 mA-hr battery and your powerpack is a 5000 mA-hr pack, you should be able to use the powerpack to charge your cell phone's battery about 4 times.

Depending on the size you got. I can get 4-6 charges on my phone from empty to full
