• Airports sell these kinds of chargers, so yes it would be allowed

• I used it on AA, no problem at all, only because there is no charging port in front of my seat, for my neighbors, no need.

• Yes it is allowed in your carry-on only. Never in your checked luggage!

• I believe it is, as there are usually outlets on planes, so this is an easy alternative. Why would it be disallowed?
