“Does this powerbank allow "charge thru"? Meaning, can you charge the battery while also charging a device plugged into it?”

• The little instructions booklet clearly specifies not to "charge thru" other devices while charging it.

• No, once this unit is charging it will not also charge devices that are plugged into it from my experience.

• Yes I was able to charge my iphone while using my iPad but it has plenty of power.
