Is it suppose to be blinking while charging it? null

Yes the squares on the front light up and blink to let you know what level of charge the device is at

It has for lights indicating charge and that it is charging. There are 4 in total. Once all 4 lights are solid, the device is done charging

Yes it is. So far I am never with out power. & the charge last a long time.

I believe so mines does the same thing until it's fully charged.
